Rick’s Auto Body & Paint, family owned and operated since 1977, provides the Los Angeles community unprecedented quality in automotive collision repair. Customers come first at Rick’s Auto Body. We provide immediate and accurate in-person estimates six days a week, while our customers rest in our comfortably appointed lounges, offering an assortment of refreshments, magazines, and wifi. We accommodate scheduled pick-ups and drops-offs and have 24 hour towing service available for emergencies. We work directly with rental agencies to have customers back on the road as quickly as possible, and we provide an ever growing fleet of in-house loaners for customers without rental car coverage. Frequent e-mail updates keep customers aware of their vehicle’s repair status and help to relieve some of the collision-associated stress.
Rick's Auto Body & Paint is proud to be a Gold Class® collision repair business. The Gold Class recognition indicates that our technicians are trained in the proper repair techniques and procedures that contribute to the complete and safe repair of your vehicle. As a Gold Class shop, we require each of our technicians involved in collision repair to take ongoing training every year. This includes classes on new vehicle technologies and the latest repair techniques.
Rick's Auto Body & Paint is among only 10 percent of collision repair businesses to achieve Gold Class status, whereas shops that are not Gold Class may train minimally or not at all. Gold Class shops are trained on how to fix your vehicle right; on what can be repaired and what needs to be replaced; and on how to see hidden damage you may not see.
